(no subject)
was another freezing morning..
woke up with a sore throat and a stuffed nose..
had to wait for my water to heat up since its impossible to take a bath with the water from the tap, lest you want blue toes XD
i had to prepare for the day with major budgeting skills.. i had only 120 bucks left out of my allowance and believe me, its not enough :( kuya hadn't come home last night so i guess our allowance had to wait just another day *pout*
10 gone for fx to LRT, no jeep to cubao or LRT..
6 gone for jeep to katips
7 for jeep to UP ~ 97 bucks left LOL
the oval was closed again so katips was rerouted.. some stupid activity caused all the traffic = me being late again for class again
walked into class on a lecture regarding biodiversity.. been there, heard that LOL ate one of the sandwiches i packed..
then i don't know.. just had to write down this quote from one of the slides of the powerpoint presented..
"everything in nature has intrinsic value regardless of the value it has for human welfare"
why conserve the things we don't or won't benefit from? why waste all this time and effort and money to do so?

people were blessed with the intelligence that eleviated us from the natural order of things in nature, the predator-prey concept..
we even got to use the idea of propagating out natural resources to earn money.. the weak and disabled are not killed off since we have a sense of pity and compassion.. and maybe the things we deem of no use in nature might be of use to other things to live unaggravated.. so.. its both irrational and rational that we conserve things we don't benefit from.. LOL
so.. yun.. class ended early.. 9:30.. wah.. 2 hours till the next class..

went to IB and chatted up Joel.. he told me that there wasn't any 119 lec.. wah.. that meant that my next class would be 2:30 pa
had a tiny confrontaion with ma'm buerano.. wah.. must show her i'm actually doing something for thesis *dies*
headed off to the tissue culture room.. Jun Jun wasn't there pala so i guess we weren't going to make ang media for ferns T_T
chatted up kuya Pio.. he explained what happened just yesterday when he was told off by ma'm ungson.. he was MIA for 3 consecutive meetings.. turns out he wasn't feeling well and he had this peculiar lump on his jaw so he had it checked up at the infirmary.. hope his biopsy turns out ok.. ^_^"
had to think of a way to kill more time..
saw patty lined up at the chowking booth near FC
decided to hang around to shade her with my trusty payong at least until she got to order..
asked how things were and she made short kwento about a batchmate of hers that made suicide
gunshot to head i assumed as she motioned to demonstrate vaguely
the guy was a heartthrob apparently and was generally nice, but sometimes had slips mentioning tads of violent things
sad waste since he's our age..
couldn't really imagine myself pushing through with that though i may have had the tendency..
life is harsh but it is really what we make it XD
i then asked if she and pao, her bf, were going to the fair.. guess they didn't have to ask me, its a tradition XD
well.. its ok if they don't.. kuya finally allowed me to stay out on valentines with just me and mikki XD
went to tambayan.. the usual kalogness of the people there just exuded..
was amused by some of the rantings of earle at his call center job for xbox tech support.. he apparently fell asleep during one of his calls and weirdly muttered to an inquiring customer "it'll do that when its drunk" wtf? LOL
the sun was scorching yet the winds were chilly.. made me really sleepy.. thought i ought to kill time at the library and read the encyclopedia of the unexplained.. LOL.. but was too lazy to move my butt over there..
started to feel really sleepy..
left about an hour before class, had nice emo moment at the stairs to the lobby.. went in to ask if there was going to be 119 lab
then R shouted out a hi XD was soundtripping and eating the last of the sandwiches i brought so just waved back ^_^"
went into class and tried to pay attention to the first reporter.. the aircon in the room was on full blast..
what was weird was that i knew i was falling asleep and i had a few-second dream that i was commenting on myself falling asleep..
then my vision blacked out.. "told you you were falling asleep".. creepy..
woke up trying to involve myself in the discussion..
started picking on the pictures of the fish.. the group today had representatives that were huge.. but sort of cute since they all looked pudgy XD
we took up the goldfish/carp family and i told odille about the AFV feature with the opera carps in a pond LOL
weird that she was also about to tell me about the same thing but dismissed the thought since maybe i didn't know about it LOL
kris brought the moyle xerox but i asked if she could bring it again next meeting since i thooght my money wouldn't be enough to have it xeroxed with enough to get home.. wahh.. pathetic..
went to jaysons dorm to get the soft copies of 130 yey.. we just walked all the way to molave, good thing ^_^"
rode jeep to katips ~53 bucks left
rode jeep home ~45 bucks left
got home.. saw allowance magneted to the fridge..yey~ salvation~!
went to robinsons ~ 38 PHP, ***of some currency
bought bag of lays and a pepsi ~ a wad of PHP, 0 of some currency
*raises right hand* i promise not to splurge on the unnecessary unless the necessary is bought LOL
must resist the impulse to go to divi just yet.. wah~
