kuya ressurected my laptop yey~! its more naked than before, with lots of the detachable hardware shaved off.. but still.. my baby's aliiveeee XD
it was weird that on tyra last night, i was enlightened about the taboo topic of the Church of Satan and satanists..
its not a cult of people who worship the devil, but rather a religion whose members embody the devil in the aspect of indulgence
satan is not exactly viewed as an anti-christ but someone different from God and Jesus, and satanism is not equal to devil worship but is better thought of as an ideology.. ewan.. parang sa confucianism, people don't worship confucius but make a lifestyle out of his teachings.. the satanists bible quote en quote was more of a self help book than a collection of evils.. ^_^"
the representatives of the Church of Satan on the show said that indulgence has made them free in expressing themselves, even sexually.. but monogamously kase they were a married couple..
Satanism has just been viewed as something evil, promoted by the media as venue for dark malicious rituals.. my opinion is that in Catholic context, the practices may seem inhumane and obscene since they are not conventional or not moral as society dictates.. but these practices are seen so since they go against the principles of the supposed counter religion, Catholicism..
it is the Christian or Catholic perspective that equates the devil as an anti-christ since it is our religion that defines this role of the devil..
this is given great issue since the Catholic religion is the most influencial and outspoken per se though is not the most dominant religion..
well.. i admit that i like to indulge.. i might even be a deviant LOL XDDDD but how is for me to know and you not to really concern yourself about XDDDD
freezing today.. but still got myself to get up and make it to the tambayan by 11:45 at least.. we were incharge of buying drinks for the picnic XD went with ali and mikai to ever commonwealth to buy stuff.. then we went to ali's house to pass some time..
i saw this really cool poster-like picture of her mom and dad on their wedding day.. but looking much closer at the gigantic picture.. i was amazed to find that it was crosstitch ~!
watched the special of desperate housewives on star world and made mikai spoil me on some of the details of season 3 XD ali let us try some barley tea.. omg.. terrible.. Xp..
went back to tambayan and headed for the lagoon to have our picnic XD
munched on all the sorts of food available.. cookies, chicharon, brownies, chips and chicken XD
passed the time mingling with the different people.. took random pictures.. later on had some ice cream that sasa treated everyone to.. she like rented the ice cream cart LOL.. nah, she let us all get one and paid the sorbetero guy later XDDD
listened to papo play guitar.. its still my frustration though.. guess hon will teach me when we have the time ^_^"
listened to random kwento as the sun set.. started to huddle together since it was getting colder..
the small group we had left consisted of

mooguriklaine, xien and
mushroom18.. just spent the last moments sharing ghost stories and aswang tales XD of course the freaky ones were about the haunted places in U.P. and some stories behind them..
left around 7:30 with
mushroom18.. was definitely freezing especially since i was in shorts ^_^""
today was ok i guess.. actually made effort to mingle with friends without the excuse of acads.. wish i could do it more often :(
