Yesterday the internet was disconnected even after we had paid our bill, then after dealing with Customer Care they told me it wouldn't be on until Thursday. But as luck has it, it was turned back on today. What makes me really happy is when I first delt with Customer Care they offered me 100 dollars cash back for my trouble.
