There aren't many German Plastic Tree fans.
There were only 100-150 people at the concert and from how I know the German "J-Rock-scene" not even 10%-20% of them were really Pura fans, but "I go to every concert of a Japanese band no matter what kind of music they playing, just because they are from Japan"-people.

In France there were more or less 300 people, I think. (was during final worldcup) But it's the same than German concerts... Anyway I don't know where to find them. x_x

No need to find them!! We don't need to promote this project anymore--just make it more accessible to most people--ie. translate the instructions into other languages...er, I hate to put you on the spot, but could you do it in French? That would be a huge help ♥
