Happy Birthday to ME!

If I might brag for just a moment... I have the greatest friends in the whole wide world! I am so lucky and spoiled! I got so many calls and IM's and stuff from people yesterday just for my little old birthday and it was really sweet. I feel that I get more attention than I deserve, I mean, everyone turns 21 eventually, right? Anyway, I walked back into my room after class yesterday and found a balloon with a monkey and a card from the hotties in my suite, both Allison and Caitlin sweetass Fitzgerald got me gift cards (which was really really REALLY not necessary but very appreciated), and last night when we went out to applebee's everyone paid for my dinner and for getting me drunk (even those fruity drinks that cost like 4 bucks a pop!). It was really sweet of everyone and I can't express how greatful I am! My friends from home, my friends from school, my family and of course, Rob are all amazing and I don't know what I did to deserve them! It was a very happy birthday indeed. Oh... and for anyone who was wondering... my first legal drink was a "Bahama Mama" (recommended by Becky). It had coconut rum and a whole bunch of other fruity things in it, and I sucked that mother down like no one's business.

Oh yea! Valentine's day! I didn't really do anything for Valentine's Day... Rob had class and I had to study. But last Saturday when I went to see Rob, he surprised me with the sweetest card EVER (I've reread it about 10 times now and I get teary every time) and a gift card for the iTunes Music Store. I used the gift card up in about 2 minutes it was so great. I got the new Garbage Album, which is really good I think, and a bunch of REM songs off of their old CD Monster that I had but got broken... plus a few other random songs. I'm quite excited. It was really sweet and unexpected, especially considering we weren't really planning to do anything for Valentine's Day. He also gave me my birthday present early since we were snowed in on Sunday--- X-Files Season 4!! I couldn't have asked for a better present.
