6:45-8:45 MUFFIN BAKING / SALAD MAKING at other job
9:30-11:45 paid OT cos anette called sick and i was scheduled to have my clinical nutrition supervisor training today (i wonder how much they pay for OT hehe)
11:45-19:45 FOOD SUPERVISOR shift.. nothing unforseen happened.. no major problems.. chatted with the jewish rabbi.. he's looking for a chinese chef from HK/china (like, authentic we're talking) to work/be co-owner at a kosher chinese restaurant that his brother (or was it friend) is opening. he says jewish people like chinese, but there aren't many kosher chinese so they can't go out to eat it. he said there is one in montreal, but it's really bad. haha. so, any takers?!
tonight: home group @ jer and jaana's - natasha showed us all her photographs from her recent visit back home in south africa. some breathtaking shots of the scenery there. and cool ones of her dad wakeboarding!
now: time to sleep. i'm exhausted... been working 7d/wk.. until, the plan is.. i can't take it anymore. then i'll take a day off.
