Scheduled Booster Shot
I got my booster shot scheduled for next week. Was so much easier than the first two to schedule. Took me months for the first shot. Scheduled the second shot a month later, but Mother Nature had other ideas. We had a snow/ice storm that shut everything down last Feb for an entire week. Had to reschedule the second one for a week later for them to catch up after that. The first two shots were in a sports hospital a good thirty minutes away. This one is about 5 minutes from where I work. So much better. Heard the booster has the same side effects as the second shot. I had sore arm, headache and a slight fever from the second shot. I have the next two days off after the booster. Still better than getting Covid-19.
There is a drive up testing site in the parking lot where I work. There is a line of cars all day long. So many people that come into the store where I work do not wear masks. It such a simple thing to do to protect you, your family and people you come into contact every day. Wear a mask, wash your hands and get your shots. Please.
