Lazy, hot and slow days here in gorgeous Provence. Yuri left today, and I sense a bit of relief. He's a nice guy, but he won't be under the same roof with us in Holland. Totally look into getting studio space--it might be the perfect solution both to give you room for music and also for work/creativity/solitude space when you need it.
