Thats awesome! How many people are you having at your party?
I started going back to the gym this week and I kicked my own ass. The first day I ran 2 miles (I had to stop like 2x's) and did squat jumps. I could barely walk the next day. I'm feeling really good though now...been going everyday. I would really recommend throwing some interval training into your race training too. It's really helped my endurance, even in a week! I run a short 5 minute warmup, then 2 minutes at a high speed (almost a fast run/maybe sprint)then 2 minutes at a lower speed (a light jog) then vice versa....slowly increasing the speed. I only do it for 15 minutes now but its an awesome workout. I guess the goal is to slowly increase the time of the intervals up to five minutes after several weeks or months. And that hoodie is super adorable, as is the necklace. You're going to look so damn hot!
i have no idea. i'm guessing around 150. eric doesn't really have anyone, so it's mostly people that i'm inviting!
that's essentially what i'm doing. it's like, 1 minute running, 1.5 minute fast walk... i do that for about 20 minutes... then you increase after a week and so on. it's my damn smoker lungs that hold me back!
Hahah, I always manage to do that when exercising. I think you get excited and push too hard. I need to build up more time. They just opened the gym here finally and I need to get over there. It's been such a crappy week!
haha ok, thats what erika thought, i'm just trying to see if i can come out - that would be like a holiday weekend i imagine, if you mean the last weekend in may, so i think i can do this.
