happy vd day.
i should be at the gym right now, but i pulled all the muscles in my legs running on wednesday. man, i'm so awesome.
i'm attempting to train for the race for the cure.
i've always admired runners, so i'm trying to be one!
i'm doing the couch to 5k training program. so far, so good.... except for the whole pulled all the muscles in my legs thing.
plus, i want to loose at least 10 pounds before the wedding!
we bought each other our wedding gifts yesterday. we figured while we had the money, we might as well.
he got a ipod (with something adorable and engraved on it... yeah, i'm corny) and i got this hoodie. i haven't bought l.a.m.b in so long, it felt good!
i finally got ahold of my cousin, no dice on using his bar on the 30th. ah well.
he said we can more than likely use it on the 29th, which is a friday, but i'm cool with that... i mean, it's not like we are having the wedding there too.... it's just the party! so friday is totally do-able. he told me he'd call me back yesterday and let me know for sure, but didn't.... he's a busy busy guy though, so i'm not freaking out too much... if that doesn't work out, the saturday before or after is open definately, so we could potentially use one of those.
eric is kinda salty about having it on a friday, but you know, jim is letting us use his bar.... FOR FREE. this is seriously going to save us AT LEAST $1500 bucks.
all we really have to worry about is catering and the cake.
catering is going to be jimmy johns..... yeah, we are that awesome.
cake.... uhhhh i don't know that i wanna even think about that yet! my friend sarah has a friend who does cakes, and he's also a tattoo artist, so hopefully he'll come through with something kick ass and cheap!
....speaking of tattoos..... bean and i are getting bff tattoos soon. oh man, we are hilarous! i think we are both getting something else while we are there too.
OH! and i got this necklace to wear with my dress. so hot! don't fret though, i didn't pay that much.... i'm the queen of bargin shopping..... unless it comes to l.a.m.b!
i have a 9 hour shift today. so not happy about that.... but at least i have tomorrow off... i haven't had a day off since last tuesday. fuckin-a. it's gonna be insane though..... we have 2 dozen roses on sale for $25. yeah, for realz. we have so many fucking flowers.... it's insane.
well holy shit, this turned into a fucking novel..... i'm gonna go... uhhh do something now!
