As most of you know, in November 2007 my right knee underwent a traumatic experience, which resulted in a torn meniscus and partially torn ACL, surgery in December, and still not fully recovered in April 2008. My left knee has been my "bad" knee for years, with several annoying but not disabling fighting injuries and a couple of dog running me over

I'm not that bad yet, but I too can't sit with my left knee bent for very long. It's a great excuse to not have to sit in the back seat of cars though!
