I don't think that problem-solving skills are one of the highly weighted selection criteria for Woolworths check-out persons' applications. I have a slightly unusual reusable shopping bag (given to me as a gift) which is actually really well designed. Today was yet another day when I had to explain to them how to even open it, yet alone use it.
