Okay, so to set the stage for this one.
I live above a garage in a townhouse complex. That means I share walls with another garage suite. Usually okay.
Key word here. Usually.
Anyways, next door has decided they want some extra cash, and instead of doing the easy thing and renting it out monthly, they've decided that airbnb is the way to go.
Cool, fine. Your place and all that.
Its not like the rental rate here is -1% and people are screaming for places to live or anything. 🙄

For some reason the neighbours have my mobile number and text to let me know when somebody's going to be in.
This is excellent.
The other day though, they texted to let me know a lady was in, and said lady had a baby.
"Could you be quiet after 9pm so baby can sleep?"
Sure, no problem. I'm usually dead by then anyways. How old is baby? Should I expect crying?
Turns out the "baby" is a poodle with a bed time...
