RE: The Flooding
To all the people who've emailed me today wondering about my weather status.
Thanks! We're okay here. It actually stopped raining today and the river is staying steady. Most of our town is up on the mountain overlooking the flatlands so we're pretty dry.
The only current issue we have is that 2 of the main roads into town look like this:
Easily fixed! They say the lake road should be up and running again by next week. In the mean time try the summit. It should be clear.
Oh, and Sofie. If you're ever worried about my weather again and I'm not answering email/mobile check the road cam. Don't leave me increasingly worried voicemails. I do work sweetie.
