They're at it again with their parties. This is the suburbian side of town, not frat row. Apparently, the police officer that is working with the guy in charge of the neighborhood watch knows the owners of the house. I might have to give him another head's up so the owners can either warn or evict the renters.

I think I have new neighbors that live in the house right behind mine, so we share a fence to the backyard. There's a party there that takes place about 3 times a week.
