KSN Server update

Seems that a couple of the free servers are going a bit nuts, probably something to do with all the changes I have been making to bandwidth load balancing, software cleanup, client transfer and overall fun-ness.

If your website is on sparky or Galactica, it's going to be down for at least the rest of the day, hopefully fixed by tonight or tomorrow.
