(no subject)
Getting settled in to my Dreamwidth home. Upon first glance, I wasn't sure I liked the layouts here as well as the ones on LJ... but then I found one that struck my fancy, tweaked it, and I'm reasonably happy for the time being. Also: first time trying out crossposting. Eh? Eh? I can't even remember if I have a footer or not...
If anyone would like to move over here, or create an OpenID so I can read you here (that's how this works, right? *still a bit befuddled*), that would be fantastic and I still have six or so DW codes for creation of new free accounts. I much prefer the color schemes on Dreamwidth, and their ethical practices seem more in line with my own personal philosophies than do LiveJournal's these days.
I've imported entries/comments/tags from both kschap and the fetching LJ of yore, so you've got the good, the bad, and the ugly in here right now. I might go back and privatize some of that.
DW feels a bit empty. I need to find some new and active friends and some communities right quick-like!
