2015 is over and 2016 just a day old. Last year wasn't bad, but always hope that the new year is better. I don't make resolutions, instead I do have a few goals for the new year.
Goals for 2016
Try new things Yes, that is very general mainly because I'd like to try new things in all aspects of my life-- new classes, new foods, going to one of those drinking and painting nights out, etc
Make healthy choices I love sweets and will still eat them, but I am consciously going to try and make the healthier choices for the coming year.
Nothing too major or big, but I may think of others as time goes on.
Today, since it is just past midnight, I am going to do something that qualifies for both goals. I am trying a demo HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training class being held at Core by a local Crossfit box.
