I'm going! I also just confirmed that I can use my friend's condo since it will be vacant at that time. It's literally 2 blocks from the conference center. It's a small place, one bedroom and one bathroom, and if it still has the same furniture as when he lived there that's a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
