So, I'm selling stuff online right? I've been getting interesting emails by people who can never to committ to actually buying a thing. It is laborious!
Anyway, I got the following email today that was pretty hilarious. I wrote the guy back and said that I don't participate in scams. LOL. Enjoy!
Hello (My last name - not my first name but last name!),
My name is Mr ------ I am a Lawyer residing in utah, but will soon be leaving on a vocation (not a vacation but a vocation! he's leaving for a job??) for two weeks.
The Olympus Digital Camera is for my Daughter's birthday present she works in the US port authority in West Africa (Random) . I will like it shipped to her since her birthday is fast approaching. It is so unfortunate that i will not be there to celebrate with them since i had my left leg armputated after i had a car accident. (More random! Thanks for sharing! Obviously his leg isn't hindering him from taking a "vocation")
I'll be pay you through paypal . so you will setup a paypal invoice and i will make the payment ( paypal account name) if you do not have paypal account you can send me you ( address and your full name ) so that i will make the payment via Stormpay, because l have an account with them. you know stormpay is online money order but the difference about them is that they delivers payment to peoples doorsteps and also protect individuals in an online transaction just like paypal. (??? This reads like it was translated from another language)
All this information should be provided correctly to avoid wrong
payment. I will forward my Daugthers residential address to you for shipping as soon as the payment reaches you. I will be very grateful to hear from you soonest. (Soonest???)
