Girly girly...

My step-monster has asked me to paint a huge mural outside our library at work. I have a really cool idea. It will probably take me at least a week to do the painting. I'm trying to figure out the costs to do the mural. How much does someone charge? Is it reasonable to ask for $1500 including supplies (paint should cost me about $200) for the mural and 5 days work? Or do you charge by the square metre plus supplies?

My house is still a complete disaster. I wish I could just box up all Rob's crap and make everything how I would like it because right now I don't even want to unpack anything. I think I was a little grumpy yesterday with D because I was frusterated with having to dig through boxes for stuff. It still feels like I am living in his and Rob's house and not "our" house.

I am, however, planning the prettiest garden in the world. The neighbours are letting me plant in their little plot. Patti is also giving me a few tomato plants this weekend. I think I'm going to drag D to garden centres next weekend (after I get paid) to buy lots of pretty plants. I want to plant the window boxes, hanging baskets and vegetable garden next weekend.

Tonight, I'm going to the lovely Miss Pants' house for a night of girly crafting. I'm so excited to hang out with a girl. Hooray!
