Man, it's been a long time since I've posted anything relating to Fushigi Yuugi! However, I went to Mitsuwa today and, by the grace of anime gods, I found the most recent FY Perfect World magazine. I'm practically hyperventilating with joy! You have no idea of how much these pics mean to me! The very next chapter in Hidden Paths (which is 3/4 complete) deals with a pivotal point in Subaru and Tokaki's relationship, so I'm beside myself with excitement over the new picture of them. Not to mention the Genbu OTP, which makes me want to write the Genbu warriors back in although they won't return until Bright Blessed Day. Finally, the Four Priestesses!! (Yui looks very different...softer and happier, I think).
I needn't go into transports here over the Suzaku, need I? Except that Tasuki looks different...weird. Kind of too soft in the face and a shorter upper lip that makes him look more like Tama. (I'm talking about Yuu Watase's regular sketch, not the Playstation version, which I expected to look weird.) But I do love the Wing of Suzaku on his necklace; he's actually toned down his usual taste in Big Beaded Bling. :P
But now you've messed me up, and I want to work on HP instead of that Other Fandom to whom I desperately owe a chapter. I think to re-inspire me in my other fic that I will post (just for the FY group) some pics of the inspiration for Harris Augustine.
