Gonna Be a Long Night
Oliver's been screaming for the past 2-3 hours. He's got a cold and a slight fever, very possibly teething as well, but that's all the doctor found. I've been going in his room at like 15 minute intervals, trying to calm him down for a little while. Sometimes he goes to sleep, or at least quiets down, but when I put him down in his crib, the screaming starts up again. Or he screams when I'm holding him, which is no fun either. I think he slept for maybe five minutes in his crib.
Went to a signing/reading earlier tonight with Jeff VanderMeer. Finch sounds extremely kick ass. Booklife sounds like something every writer may want to explore. Got to see voidmonster and kirizal (and Sharon's new copy of RoF with her story in it!!!!) so that was good, too.
Tomorrow, we're going to head up to Chehalis, Washington to see some good friends. Should be an interesting plane ride if Oliver keeps it up...
Oh! Oliver may have finally fallen asleep. Which means bedtime for Dave! Goodnight LJ!
