1. black flag:
   One of my favorite old school punk bands. Snarly manic guitar player, varied musical approach, Henry Rollins ranting like a madman, quirky humor. Everyone should check them out.
2. conspiracies:
   Everything is a conspiracy, isn't it? Mary Magdeline was married to Jesus, JFK was killed by 5 different lone gunmen who had no idea of any of the others, Courtney killed Kurt, Great Pyramid was a huge electrical power plant, gotta love them all ... no matter how crackpot they can sound.
3. ed wood:
   Best director of crappy movies ever. Had a poetic style and vision to them that was great. A wonderful charm in it's ineptness, almost like kids playing on a playground. It takes a real man to wear an pink angora sweater.
4. gothic girls:
   I like the look, so shoot me LOL I like women with shaved heads too, but I've never dated either goth girls OR girls with shaved heads. Perhaps it's just the sense of style and perhaps the confidence to walk around looking like the Bride of Frankenstein that I find attractive.
5. industrial music:
   I like noize ... Hard noize ... Soft noize ... the contrast between them ... and the contrast between conventional instruments and virtual soundscapes.
6. misfits:
   Shitty production ... laughable horror movie type lyrics ... singers need to beat the hell out of fans during shows ... I love the Danzig lead misfits, and find the whole merchandise cashcow kinda gig very anti-punk in a punk way.
7. poltergeists:
   Who doesn't like a good ghost story, especially when it swirls around the confused psyche of a troubled youth. I'm surprised my house doesn't have poltergeists that get involved in fights with each other.
8. salsa:
   Yay salsa ... salsa, seltzer ... hotter the better, and I don't mind cilantro in mine (unlike Evyl Olyve) Salsa is awesome with sour cream and blue corn nacho chips.
9. the critic:
   Criminally underappreciated cartoon ... Duketastic! ... Family Guy uses alot of this show's comedic conventions ... without the crassness ... glad to see the whole series is on DVD.
10. willy wonka:
    What hasn't been said about willy wonka that I could say. I love the movie and Gene Wilder is magnificent, truly an underrated actor in a bravura performance. Other than "cheer up charlie" which I always fast forward through, it's an utter classic.
