quicky update
I'm hanging in there. Had a kidney stone a few weeks back. Bill came to 2700 dollars. Needless to say I have NO WHERE NEAR that amount. I will see if I qualify for free care.
There are some GREAT songs on the new Bloodhound Gang CD, including "Pennsylvania" and "Something Diabolical". Try to find it online if you can, or perhaps on internet radio.
I am finally starting to get used to the new glasses. I still wear contacts about 95 percent of the time, but I don't think I look bad in them. It's my first new pair in over 15 years.
Last thing the Gulf Coast needs right now is another fucking hurricane. My thoughts and stuff go out to them that they might be avoided so they can rebuild. I wish I would've gotten a chance to see New Orleans the way it used to be. I kept putting off going there cuz I never really had the money to do it. This will always be a big regret of mine.
I think I might be able to sing in a few weeks. The voice is slowly coming back. If i get a chance I'll finish up the lyrics and maybe start recording. If not, I might have a friend that is a vocalist sing them, he's a better singer than me anyway but I'd have prefered to have my vocals on it. I'll see how it goes.
We need some more shit in the apartment to really make it liveable but gas prices are reaming us up the ass. I drive at least 40 miles a day for work and the GF drives at least 90 a day as well. We now have to pay for heat in the new place so I'm not looking forward to the winter.
