D'oh!
So yesterday I wrote about how someone wrote a letter to the editor regarding my story. My boss forwarded the entire staff the e-mail and included the author of the editorial on the e-mail. So instead of starting a new e-mail thread I just hit "reply all" and said, "Cool! Someone took the time to read my story and write us a letter!" This morning I received an e-mail from the editorial author saying "Thank you for the forum." D'oh! I blushed so much when I read it. Note to self: pay attention to who's on your e-mail threads. . .
