One wave short

01-17-2009 6pm: Portland.
01-18-2009 11pm: Seattle.
It was the innagural trip for me and the Volvo, Portland seemed perfect. Spent Saturday night with Katie and Jennifer, who fed us brandy in tiny glasses, took us to a nickel arcade and to Mary's. All of these were new experiences.
Sunday was early breakfast at vegan utopia with Annie, all I could eat for ten dollars. Next we said hi to Emiko, who was having a bad day. Photo booth, paper hats, Bubble Bobble, billiards. Then home at 80mph. There are pictures but I can't put them here.
PDX will be a regular thing in 2009. Count it.
