ANYONE good with Flash? In particular, I need help with Flash 5 (on a Mac). For some reason, I can't change the opacity. I select the image, make it a symbol and try to change the Alpha...and...NOTHING HAPPENS! Help? Seriously. I am desperate.

Why do my birds keep making holes in my walls? They seem want to get away from me. :(

Day two of Bluesfest was a lot better than the first. I decided to see Wintersleep instead of fighting the (IMHO) overly large Feist crowd. Don't get me wrong, I like Feist (Not a big fan of "The Reminder" - L"et it Die" is great though) but when I realized yesterday that she didn't write much of her music and it took some of her sparkle away. Sunny seems to be okay. The flour seems to have stopped the bleeding. I know we have a good 4-6L of blood (Okay, at least I know something for today's exam :| ), I have no clue how much blood a bird can loose before it is done for. Why do my birds decide to get hurt or die the day before biochem tests? Sunny just decided to pull out a blood feather. This is the second time he has done it. I try and catch them but I miss them sometimes. This one is a lot worse than last time. He lost a lot of blood. My analytical chemistry TA messed up our entire section's lab today. She said we didn't have to boil off the solvent...turns out we did. The titrations weren't reaching an end point after adding something like 200 mL of an EDTA solution. I didn't have time to prepare three new samples so I had to boil off the solvent with ammonia in it. :| I ( Read more... )
