FINALLY have my replacement mobo. Stupid thing took forever. Mind you, they had to test it and ensure that in fact, they had sold me a broken mobo. Soon I will have a PCU that isn't singing a swan song (my CPU makes this high pitched "eeeeeeee" noise I am pretty sure isn't good).
I fixed my stupid cell phone. It's a stupid cell phone because when I went to the states it reassigned my message center. The only way to correct this on my stupid cell phone is to take out the SIM card, put it in another Rogers phone, program the message center there, and transfer the SIM card back. :| I had called them and they told me to go to a Rogers center. Screw that. Thankfully I am a pack rat who has her old Nokia cell. (y)
EDIT: To go along with the above story:
I felt like the biggest moron last night. I called tech support last night because I couldn't figure out how to open my phone. I hadn't been there at the phone's purchase so I had never seen the inside of my phone. I opened the call with "I know I seem like the biggest moron but..." Turned out I needed to put pressure on a specific area of the back casing and push in and down. And yes, normally I would RTFM but Samsung is such an AWESOME cell phone company that my phone didn't come with a manual and there isn't one available online. /facepalm Sure, I can put together a puter but I can't take the back off my cellphone? What?
Finished "Breaking Dawn" - surprisingly better than I would have thought (Anne - you were right - she does take it in an interesting direction). While it is not great literature, it was some fun trash to read.
I handed in my Co-op report on International Good Clinical Practices Initiatives...hurray for Pass/Fail!!!

PS - Dan Brown is what is wrong with the world. Just sayin'. My Grandmother agrees with me. You going to tell a
sweet old lady that she is wrong? I didn't think so...
