4 Pork Chops
1 Apple, thinly sliced
Cinnamon
Butter
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spread the pork chops out on a pan.
3. Place the apple slices over the pork chops.
4. Sprinkle a fine layer of cinnamon over the apple and pork chops.
5. Put a pat of butter on each of the pork chops.
6. Bake until cooked through.

Adaptations: This recipe would also work with chicken instead of pork. Pears, peaches, or pineapple could also be used instead of apples. Margarine could be used instead of butter.
