Me and my friend Mayran, who is Somalian, entered a contest called Reel Diversity put on by the NFB and CBC. This is a contest where you submit a proposal for a documentary, they then select 10 people across canada to further develop it.. then they choose 8 to take it even further and then finally they produce 3 for an hour long national spot on
