On titles and deadlines that might kill me
I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
I'm not going to post any Shadow-snippets until I actually finish the darn book.
There are two reasons for this: 1.) I'm running out of characters to write Shadow snippets about, and 2.) The only characters left are some of the bad guys, and since you don't know who the bad guys are until the end it would be a huge spoiler. I do not want to spoil my book before it's even published.
Plus, I'm trying to finish City of Shadows by my birthday, and that will take many many late nights and a lot of concentration, and I don't want to distract myself.
Ahem.
On another note: The title for CoS might very well change before I start querying. Curiosity got the better of me and I looked up "City of Shadows" on amazon.com and learned that there are at least five novels out there with that title. So, with the help of MAD (Most Amazing Dad) I thought up a few more titles that are slightly less common and just as cool.

Shadowland
Shadow Sins
You can tell which ones were actually my idea and which were MAD's, because mine completely SUCK.
I'm terrible at titles.
Anyway, since I've bailed on my almost-tradition of posting Shadow snippets, I'm going to link to something even cooler than a Shadow snippet.
