Anyhow...since I last wrote lots has happened. Well, I got back from IN and had 3 days to rest/pack for NC. Jason and I went up there for his little brother's wedding. We weren't sure it was even going to happen, but it did. It was a very nice ceremony and Jason looked all cute in his tux. He was the best man. :) I had a lot of fun...I met lots of family and friends and hung out with his best friend Marcie. She is an ex-girlfriend, so it is kinda wierd. The first time I met her it was cool. She seemed really nice...but this past time was wierd. (Could be that last time she had a boyfriend, this time she was single. I guess I just feel a little threatened maybe? Not that I should, but I am a girl, and we are wierd.) Not that she wasn't nice this time, but I noticed some things. They talked alot about memories that I know nothing about...and she noticed that the shirt his youngest brother was wearing used to be his. Just little things like that made me feel like I didn't belong. So I was kinda pouty Friday night. I almost didn't go out with them, but Jason and I talked and I ended up going. We went to the same bar as last time, The Pour House, and saw a really cool band play. Saturday was really busy..getting ready for the wedding. The reception dragged on, but I got to hang out with one of Jason's racing buddies, so it wasn't too bad. It's funny that after the wedding, everyone asked Jason and I when we were getting married. LOL! We've been together only 2 months! They have been wonderful, but we are NOT looking to get married anytime soon!! Sunday we left NC. We had to take his grandma home to Ocala, and I was dreading that at first. I had no idea what the ride home would be like. But it was fun...she is an awesome lady. She has a lot of really good stories. I am adopting her as my own grandma since I have no more. :( So that was my weekend.
Now I have just been looking for a job. Still. With no luck. I've been enjoying my days off, but this is not going to pay my bills! So I need to find something SOON!!
The only other thing going on this week is that my ex John is moving away. I'll always love him, so it is kinda sad. I will miss him dearly, but I hope that we can remain friends. It's a good opportunity for him, so I am glad for that. We are supposed to say goodbye in person sometime this week. I have no idea what to expect from that. I just hope we don't end up crying!
