Today we had to run by the post office to drop off our hold mail form for while we're away at WDW next week (I'm going to be in WDW next week, btw. :P). This particular post office isn't only a pain to get into because of the parking lot, but also because there is ALWAYS a line. I found it highly amusing when my dad said the following about this:
"Every time I go into that post office there are only two people taking care of customers and there's always one person who is paying in pennies and the other has a package they forgot to wrap that they want to send to Kenya and pay for it in rubles."
It's the truth of it that makes it unfortunately humorous. When we went in there was a woman who was taping up her package with packing tape by the post man's orders because she had only sealed her box with scotch tape before then.
Obviously she's never, ever used the US postal service to mail a package of any sort in her entire life. The slightly unnerving part of it is that she had medical scrubs on; needless to say I wouldn't want her to tend to me in any medical fashion after seeing that blunder.
