Pretty good thanks...
This weekend ending up being pretty nice. With the cancelation of other plans, The Letter L and I ended up going for brunch together on Sunday. I've been dying to do that for so long, and though my arteries still hurt from my "Irish Fry" meal...it was really fun. Plus, well, I think we are both pretty funny so there was much laughing and comments like-
"Four eggs? I mean really...who can eat four eggs and SURVIVE?"
"Oh. Look, this would make a lovely gift...for someone." - follow with a non-commital shrug
"I'm not a bear!" - Classics never die
"Do you think vampires would like blood sausage? I do."
Earlier in the weekend, our St. Paddy's Day party had been rescheduled due to illness. No worries because I got to play We [heart] Katamari and go to bellydancing. Funny how much I suck at both but don't seem to mind. This week is already starting to fill up pretty fast, much to my shock and horror. Saturday is trivia night, to be followed by The Letter L's birthday extravaganza. Don't tell her, but we are hoping that space monkeys might be involved. We're not sure how yet, but there's hope.
Oh yes, and I even got to see a bit of Irish Step-dancing on Friday and got a call from my Super Irish Friend, D. That girl slays me, and not in the vampire-like way.
