Nothing Exciting...
Just another week to wait to find out my ultimate fate: Callbacks for Kit Kat Girls are on Sunday at 2pm... ;-)
I *did* ask while I had them on the phone, and apparently they have 2 girls coming back in for Sally as well. I am assuming that I am not one of them. But that's ok. Now I just have to wow them enough again to prove that I not only deserve the slot, but that I should be the girl in the "Two Ladies" number, as well. This is my ultimate Kit-Kat-Cabaret goal...
I'm excited. I heard in the tone of the call that they really, really liked me on Sunday, so I should stand a fairly decent shot... But based on the fact that they are having callbacks for dancers for the first time in 10?, 15?, (More?) years at the Forge, it's a scary good indication that I may not end up cast AT ALL... So I plan to dance and 'tude my ASS off on Sunday.
In other, more certain news... Pat DID get the job, and he'll be starting at some point AFTER the Labor Day weekend, so our vacation to ILM with Aimee and Neall is safe again! Hooray!
I can't wait to get up to Vermont and out of my life for JUST a little while. :-)
In the meantime, one big crazy call back audition and life as usual...
