Universal Friendship
Weekend number two of the semester has been beautiful.
Friday Night: Five Guys burgers, videogame music, and telephone/pictionary.
Tonight: Field of Greens (wraps/soup/etc.), watching the Houston Symphony perform Holst's "The Planets," and Peter Pan Diner afterward.
And then after coming back, I took a forty-minute walk around campus, listening to most of the Fantasia 2000 soundtrack.
In all honesty, I'm amazed and delighted to have friends whom I can go out to a classical concert one day, and get drunk with the next. It is a rare type of personality that transcends high and low culture with equal intensity.
We're awesome.
