Had a Great day with the kids on Saturday
It was super busy, but we had fun we all went snowboarding for the first time and the kids did great. It was really cool doing something with them and then having them ask right away "when can we do it again?"
I know that doesn't look like a snowboard, they didn't have her size boots to rent at first so she skied for a while.
After snowboarding we went over to the North Star Roller Girls Roller Derby bout. Which was super fun. First, it was just plain fun, but for an extra bonus we knew so many people there that it was an extra good time. It was nice to see so many old faces. Unfortunately we had to leave at the half, because the kids were so tired out from the rest of the day.
And since most of you guys are involved in the Derby stuff either directly or through your spouses I just wanted to tell you all how cool it was.
