말도 없이 (without words) Chapter 2

Junsu ran and ran. He ran like it was the end of the world. It might as well be the end of the world for him. He just found out that Yoochun was only playing with him.
What was he? A toy?
Junsu felt like he was stabbed with a knife endless times. His heart was bleeding nonstop. Instead of healing, the more Junsu thought about it, the more his heart bled. He was bleeding out of control.
The weather was getting worse and worse, but that didn’t bother Junsu. That was the least of his worries.
Right now his heart was torn. Ripped out of his chest.
Junsu ran and ran.
He was in the middle of the ski slope in a very bad weather.
It became consistently harder to get oxygen in his system. With every breath Junsu took, he got a lung filled with bitter cold snow.
Both, the emotional and physical pain were unbearable, but this didn’t stop Junsu running. The physical pain helped masking his emotional pain. It gave him a temperate shelter.
The further he got up the hill, the harder he was able to support himself.
His legs, arms, heart, it all hurts.
He ran out of tears to cry. But Junsu still coughed out dry tears.
The pain almost reachied its breaking point.
Finally Junsu’s weak body gave in. Junsu fell violently onto the icy surface.
“So this is how I’m going to die.” Junsu thought to himself. “What a painful way to die…knowing the person who you love doesn’t love you.” Junsu looked at the bright light. “Farewell…”
Junsu lost conscious.

The weather cleared soon enough, a search party was sent out for Junsu.
Yoochun frantically looked for Junsu. He needs Junsu. It was Junsu who brought happiness in to his life. It was all because of Junsu.
“JUNSU!” Eunhyuk’s voice filled the whole place as he found his best friend on the slop…unconscious.
“Junsu!” Eunhyuk shook Junsu over and over again, screaming his name, begging him to regain consciousness.
“Move” Yoochun ran to Junsu, shoved Eunhyuk out the way. Picked Junsu up and ran towards the resort.

Eunhyuk was crying so much that he eventually fell asleep on Donghae’s lap.
Yoochun was restless.
“I’m surprised that he is still alive. Normal people would have died of hyperthermia.” The doctor told a room filled with teenage boys. “He is currently running is fever of 40c. So he is still in a critical situation. If the fever doesn’t come down in 24 hours, we might have to do something more dramatic.”
Yunho and Jaejoong went to do the necessary paper work while the rest stay in the waiting room, waiting for the nurse to bring Junsu out of the ER.
Yoochun was the first person who went to Junsu’s bed side as the nurse came out.
“Please just 1 or 2 people at the time.” The nurse warned.
Yunho and Jaejoong came back on time to sort everyone out.
“Yoochun, I think Eunhyuk and Donghae should stay.” Jaejoong suggested.
“I want to be here when Junsu wakes up.” Yoochun was determined.
“Suit yourself.” Yunho pulled the worrying Jaejoong away.
Yoochun never left Junsu’s bedside.
“Junsu ah…wake up.” Yoochun choked out the words as he held Junsu’s hand. “I didn’t mean what I said at the bar.” Yoochun cried. “Wake up and let me explain.”
The next morning, the fever was gone, a relief for everyone. But Junsu still refused to open his eyes.
Days went on like this.

“Junsu ah… I remember that you said you wanted to go to Lotte World together and ride the Ferris wheel. Wake up and we can go together!”
“Junsu ah… remember we were already making plans to do things over the summer. If you don’t wake up how am I going to them with you?”
“Junsu ah…you must be in pain right now. I wish I can take the pain away. I wish I’m the one who is suffering.”
“Junsu ah…when are you going to wake up?”
“Junsu ah…get up, and blame me for everything! Just please get up!”
Yoochun was slowly going into the world of insanity. All he cared was Junsu.
Everyone can see that he has lost so much weight in just a week.
Everyone was worried as Junsu is still in his coma. The doctors are starting to consider switching off his life support soon.
‘Junsu! Get up! I know you’re still alive! Don’t let them kill you!” Yoochun shook Junsu when he heard about the news. “Junsu.”
Tear streamed down Yoochun’s cheeks. It’s hard. He doesn’t want to lose someone he loves.
Drop by drop, Yoochun’s tears dripped on top Junsu’s hand.
*Flinch flinch*
Junsu’s finger flinched.
Yoochun cried into Junsu’s ears. “Do it again.” He demanded.
Junsu’s fingers flinched again.
“Eunhyuk! Donghae! Get the doctor!” Yoochun told the sleeping couple on the sofa. “Junsu is awake!”
Eunhyuk burst out in tears. Finally his best friend has woken up. They were both too young to say their goodbyes.
“Junsu ah.” Eunhyuk smiled as Junsu slowly opened his eyes.
“Eunhyukkie?” Junsu opened his eyes. “Water. Please.” He said in a dry husky tone.
Yoochun came to Junsu’s bed side as Eunhyuk went to get water.
“Junsu ah” Yoochun whispered softly, smiling at his boyfriend.
“Eunhyukkie!” Junsu slowly started to talk. “Who is that?” His finger pointing at Yoochun.

there was the university tours, and the work experience, and the homework...there was no summer at all T.T
