‘Mmph!’ Wan Wan’s cries were muffled by the hand around her mouth.
‘Hush! Please, I don’t want fans attacking me!’ the mysterious man whispered anxiously, dragging Wan Wan into Block A.
Letting the door slam shut, he then released her. Wan Wan stared at the man in surprise as she took deep breaths in an attempt to calm herself down. Controlling her emotions was not an easy task, as Wan Wan now found out.
‘Eunhyuk oppa?’ she blurted out in amazement. ‘What on earth are you doing here?’ Wan Wan questioned, trying her hardest not to scream as she spoke to one of the members from her all-time favourite group, Super Junior.
Eunhyuk fixed an amused gaze on Wan Wann and replied calmly, ‘Staying here, and hiding from the crazy fans.’
Wan Wan gawked disbelievingly at him before realizing what the announcement meant. ‘Oh my goodness! So your whole group must be here!’
Frowning slightly he asked, ‘Are you a stalker ELF?’
‘No, I’m not! I mean, I am a great fan, but I’m not a stalker!’ Wan Wan exclaimed indignantly.
Eunhyuk gave a sigh of relief and apologised, ‘I’m sorry, but I had to make sure. Yesung was attacked by fans after Super Show 3.’
‘Oh no! What happened? How did he get attacked?’
He rolled his eyes and said, ‘It’s his own fault actually. He should have been paying more attention to the surroundings than to Ddangkoma. All of us saw the fans approaching and clambered into the bus quickly. It would be horrifying to be stampeded by the crowd. Unfortunately, Yesung was too busy talking to Ddangkoma to notice that a large mob of fans was charging at him.’
Wan Wan gasped and enquired hurriedly in concern, ‘Is he okay?’
‘Yes, he is. He is just suffering from shock and needs to rest for some time. That is why we are staying here. He jumps at the slightest noise, thinking it’s a fan waiting to attack him.’ Eunhyuk sighed.
‘Oh, thank goodness!’ Wan Wan sighed in relief.
‘Well, now you know his condition, you should know you can’t meet him. So, why don’t you come into my room?’ Eunhyuk smiled and took Wan Wan into a room nearby.
Wan Wan sat down on Eunhyuk’s bed in wonder. Eunhyuk grinned at her expression and sat on his chair.
‘Am I dreaming? Are you real?’ Wan Wan asked, still not able to believe this turn of events.
Eunhyuk chuckled and reached over to pinch her arm. Wan Wan shrieked in pain. Eunhyuk sure pinched her hard. Wan Wan began rubbing the red mark on her arm.
‘There. Are you convinced I am real yet?’ Eunhyuk asked, flashing his gummy smile at her. ‘Or do you need me to splash cold water on you instead?’
Wan Wan shook her head and said, ‘It’s ok, I just can’t believe I’m actually seeing you in front of me. I am a huge fan of Super Junior. My roommate is already fed up of me watching all sorts of Suju videos all day.’
‘So, who’s your favourite in Super Junior?’ Eunhyuk asked curiously.
‘Sungmin of course! He’s soooo cute! He can do aeygo very well! He’s so adorable! His favourite colour is also pink, which is the same as mine! And he can be hot too, especially during Super Show 3! And he is so cool, he can do martial arts! Ahhhh!!! I love Sungmin oppaaaa!!!!!!’ Wan Wan said, getting very excited.
Eunhyuk had a mischievous look in his eyes upon hearing what she had said. He opened his mouth to speak. However, what he was about to say, Wan Wan never knew.
‘Well, thanks for the compliments. I must say, you seem quite a huge fan of mine.’ said a very familiar voice.
Wan Wan froze in shock. Wait…That voice… She had heard it repeatedly on her laptop for so many times, she could hardly be mistaken… But, it could not be, could it? Slowly, Wan Wan turned towards the voice and gaped in shock before giving a high pitch squeal.
‘Omo, SUNGMINNNN OPPPPPAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’
For sure enough, standing at the doorway was none other than, as Wan Wan’s squeal indicates, Sungmin himself, smiling at her.
