Don's Cheese Fries Attempt #1
It was a failure. I took the standard crinkly fries one buys frozen in a bag. They are the same type as those used at my favourite emotional eatery.
Baked them. (For a bit too long, actually. Don's fries are less crispy. Probably because they fry them.)
Added cheese and put back in the oven. (Cheese is too small, but the correct kind.)
So basically, I need to either get a deep fryer (which I wouldn't really use for anything BUT cheese fries) or I need to see about cooking them for a shorter period of time and getting larger 'grained' cheese. :D Which is all doable.
YAY CHEESE FRIES. I WILL NEED THEM WHEN I STOP LIVING HERE.
EDIT: Lewis cancelled on me tonight. IN favour of homework, which I told him to do. I actually told him I wouldn't see him today unless his paper was finished. I just hope he's actually working on his paper and not just avoiding me. But it certainly doesn't sound like he's avoiding me.
P.S. Having a slight gay heart-to-heart with JD. A friend of Kari's, neither of whom I've ever met in person. Although I would like to. :) He's hot. We'd never be able to date. But he's also really sweet sounding. We're discussing our boys. XD Not that I yet lay claims to mine, but he doesn't seem to be able to lay claim to his either. So yeah. 'Our boys.' >_>
