i did NOTHING yesterday. i wandered around shinjuku a bit, ate at a hole-in-the-wall noodle shop and thoroughly confused sararimen with my slurping abilities, that was about it. i started "packing", which mostly involved cleaning up my room, folding up my dirty laundry and sorting through my chirashi. it was raining anyway

Speaking of Ike-Last night Masa and I were talking about the Sunshine City exit, and he asked me if I'd been to a desert-shop-on-the-second-floor-somewhere-but-can't-remember-the-name. My eyes got HUGE and I actually jumped into a whole Japanese explaination of "You mean MILKY WAY?! Where the parfaits are THIS BIG and you can order one per person and there are various different variteties?!?!?! omg! that's so great that he knows milky way. btw, i found out from yuuchin why the birthday dates for the horoscopes are wrong-- in the japanese version they use there, there are 13 symbols.

i'll totally keep you updated tonight, i'm sure he won't be angry or anything. i really have no concept of how the night will go, we shall see.

oh yes, we'll deeefinitely have to get together once i'm back! i'll be looking for apartments and stuff, but we'll find time. i have stuff to give you aaaanyway.

i've been looking out for your chapstick but haven't found it in any of the conbini near me. ume flavored, right? the package is a deep pink, right? i'll try really hard to find it my last two days.

naoki definitely saw me from the stage. we had a 'long stare' moment or two. was yossi fat when you saw him? cuz he was totally all about being half-naked on stage this time, and afterwards oneesan kept saying he's like that now cuz he's lost a ton of weight. they were really adorable on stage and naoki told a random story about when he was more visual and his pants split while on stage.
oneesan came out after their set and told me they were prolly leaving early (cuz home is far and all-- besides, they got the most lukewarm reception of all the bands that evening) so i was able to give her my enquette. in the middle of the next band she said they were definitely going so she was going too. i shoulda given her my omiyage for naoki but i totally forgot >_< i didn't even get a chance to ask for extra chirashi (only have 2!). i did

Not Ume-UNO! Its a white package and It's called "UNO"-its thw one with menthol in it ^_^ Lica liked Ume GUM in the pink package-That's probably why you're having trouble finding it!

I thought you'd be seeing ef at Yokohama-which is closer to where they live. Maybe Naoki or Yossy didn't feel well if they left like that? Either way, at least Oneesan was nice enough to tell you they were going, rather than all of them just disappearing on you (which also makes sense how you were able to talk to another band during demachi-I was wondering how you got through that without Oneesan giving you a death stare-lol.)

Yeah, Yossy was pudgy when I met him...of course, that was also a few weeks after Naoki went through his "Midlife Crisis" so Yossy took him shopping in Ueno and they were all Up with Da Bling Bling on Stage.

Was the other ef fangirl wearing a dress, but had really...Erm...BAAAAAD teeth...Like, BAD even for Japan?

::face palm:: ok, uno! i have one day left here, i'll make sure to check for it today.

i'm not actually angry about naoki and yossy leaving early-- oneesan did come and explain that they had a long ride home and such. and i'm sure it wasn't an 'avoiding the gaijin' thing, since this is naoki we're talking about. actually, oneesan almost seemed glad i was getting to talk to another band (then again, this band kinda sucked, so i don't think she felt threatened). also, the singer of the band i talked to was basically how i envisioned naoki being when he was younger.

yes, bad teeth!! i guess she's a long-time ~ef~ fangirl then?
