Kidnappings
This phenomenon is the most pressing of all; it is the reason that any of us are here, either to write or to read this compendium. Overlord Baal, or some related force, has a tendency to abduct people from any of a variety of foreign universes, bringing them here and giving them no means by which to leave.
There is no known pattern to who is taken, and from where, but Gensokyo - my own wold - seems to be quite strongly represented. Among the people who have been kidnapped, how to return home is an understandably pressing concern. No method is currently known; the only way to solve the problem may be a direct confrontation of the one responsible. However, as nobody has managed to accomplish this, the problem remains a dead end for now.
