i concur with the above poster, haha. although, you are lucky to have met such a nice receptionist. the ones i've met are always in a bad mood and always get my times mixed up. actually no, my orthodontist's receptionist is very nice. she makes me feel like we have a more extra special relationship than the other patients. haha
