oh man sacred heart is HARD. i don't know anyone who stuck to it for the full amount of time. lemme know if you do <3

Yeah - it's expensive too because if you don't follow it pretty much EXACTLY it won't work. I tried it and I only lasted four days. Err. Good luck though and I want to know how it works out

im the SAME way about food. the sacred heart diet seems ok but complicated.

i always start the day fasting, i really dont eat untill like 7 pm, but then i end up eating like 1000 calories that day. are you the same? <3

AH YES. that's what i do.. i'm gonna try to have more will power. hah.
