I HAVE A COLD.

My nephew only speaks in Chinese, yet he understands 3 other languages. What the hell. Neither of his parents are Chinese. Damnit, communism!

I've pretty much gained all the weight I lost in Japan back, though thankfully some of it hasn't come straight back to my gut. Consequently, it's calorie-countin' time. I'm lifting weights for an hour three times a week, and I'll work swimming into the schedule soon enough, so I should actually start losing weight faster once I get back to this calorie-countin' hippity hop. I'm gonna edit posts to reflect calorie counts as a day progresses, and I'll start now with listing the count of a rather grievous exercise of my own lack of inhibitions.

woke up: 4 oreos (280 calories)
worked out
breakfast: 2 strips of bacon, hash browns, 2 eggs (700 calories)
lunch will need to be really light since I'm going out to eat tonight, probably around 400 calories, then I shouldn't have to worry at dinner, as long as I don't eat too much.
buncha doritos - 200 calories
dinner ~1200
after dinner snack - 500
So far: 2880

I WENT OVER. But, whatever. Still doing better.

BMR: 2300
Adjusted: (x1.3) = 2990
Target: 2350ish

Current weight: 245
Target: 210 (with muscles!)
