Day 8: Chickboos
I'm getting this out of the way early today so I'm not late again and can worry about other things. x)
Day 08 - Favorite Chocobo Version.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record I already sound like a broken record, so I'm just going to say VII. I loved catching, breeding, and racing my chocobos. I loved running all over the world on my prized gold chocobo! And I loved giving Cloud a companion that he could visibly identify with. (I imagine all the lady 'bos had crushes on that spiky head of his.)
However, my second favorite chocobo minigame was Chocobo Hot and Cold from IX. My poor strategy guide for IX lost its back cover because I was always double-checking treasure. I also think that map eventually faded from all of my fingerprints on it, whoops. Definitely an awesome minigame, and one of the best chocobo-related ones.
My favorite chocobo summon goes back to VII with the Fat Chocobo. So useless, but so cute. I'm pretty sure I always gave the materia to Yuffie just so I'd have it close at hand.

Today I'll be finishing up some work for Bliss, writing a few drabbles (I started working on an Onion Knight and Terra one last night, and I have animekittysama's drabble to do, as well as the Cloud/Lightning one I keep meaning to write), and I'm sure I'll be wanted on XIV as well. Yep, it's one of those days I wish I could split myself into two people--a writing and a gaming beast. If only! x)
