so cold outside
cannot believe that it is April and right now the temperature is 36 degrees outside. it will definintely be snuggle weather tonight, most definitely. Went and got Jon some socks for his feet, they were like ice, poor baby. fortunately the heat is on and the house is snug. May decide to toss a fake log in the fireplace which ought to make everyone happy, not least of which the cats. It was so nice earlier, temperature wise...despite the storms and rain, it was nice to see the wildflowers out. Now they'll probably drop dead from shock. welcome to texas. the only thing I can hope for is that it doesn't clear up outside. it may be cold now, but if the cloud cover vanishes, then it'll really be brass witches tit cold. it was bad enough to see ice pellets and sleet this afternoon. good lord.
