"Come, therefore, and let us fling mud at them!"

Oh yes, the mighty and powerful mudflinging Puritan children! You must fling mud at the scarlet letter lady and her little demon child! Why children why?
Well, yes.
Yesterday we drove to Alta for a family reunion-type-thingy. (And by we I mean my dad, because he's still being neurotic about my driving although I've never hit anything.)
It's a four hour drive. Up mountains. And he doesn't let us use the air conditioning when we go uphill. And it's July.
We ate brekkist in Tracy at this restaurant that seems to need to put bacon or ham in every single dish. I had a bacon, mushroom, and cheese omelette without the bacon.
Then we got to the Irvine place. Yellow house, two yellow garages. My great-uncle owns a steamshovel. Kewl. And a river/stream in back of the house with lots of trees and plants and fish in the stream.
It was pretty boring to begin with cause everyone there was old and we had no cousins until lunch time. *shakes fist at Mac* CURSE YOOOOU! YOU LEFT ME TO THE WHIMS OF JOANNA AND KATEY AND WENT JETTING OFF TO GREECE! HMMPH.
And I was eaten alive by Allison-eating bugs. Yuck. Four bites on my left arm/shoulder. My sister has none. I have yummy blood apparently.
Then we drove home again. Four more hours! Around Mountain View I kinda snapped and started talking nonstop about pomegranates and fields and my sister was threatening to defenestrate me (throw me out a window). Then we got home and I watched the weirdest movie ever. Cry Baby with Johnny Depp *salivates* I heart my Johnny. But seriously the weirdest movie I've ever seen.
Going to see Bewitched aujourd'hui then Conservatory on Toosday.
