do you notice i'm gone...
i was very excited when i found out the mainstage line up for ozzfest this year. ive never been to one before cuz there were only a few bands i was ever interested in and its not work it to pay $60 for only 2 or 3 bands...but this year sounds delicious. BLACK SABBATH, IRON MAIDEN, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, SHADOWS FALL...and the among the living line up of ANTHRAX was supposed to be on the bill, but it turns out it was only a rumor and now mudvayne is taking their spot. i guess thats ok, but ive already seen mudvayne...TWICE! id rather see ANTRHRAX wreck it up, but whatever.
my editing system is now fixed so my plans are to re-edit koonboozled into an hour and 10 minutes then submitt it to the planet ant film fest. then, move right on to a new project. it's been too damn long since i've filmed anything and since nilesh and i are in the writing class at second city we've got massive dicks of unused short scripts that we can just film for fuck sake.
i accidently dialed maggie's number on sunday night. i've been really good about not calling her or anything, in fact i had dan delete her number for me from my phone. but, i was kinda maranading in cabernet AND i was out for a smoke so i had to call someone...and i found her number stored in some archives/text message bullshit. but luckily she did not answer and i was soberish enough to not leave a message, although she did text me on monday to see what i wanted. dammit, i was doing so well with erasing her from my life and havent talked to her in almost 2 weeks, and then i had to go and do this. i guess in a way i dont want to erase her from my life, but theres really nothing i can do. i saw a couple at the bar on monday kissing. i wanted to punch them. even a boy and girl playing pool, i dont know if they were a couple but i wanted to punch them anyways. hmm.
and lastly, i think i just heard my dad say he was going to vacuum the garage...i hope he didnt mean that literally. but i hear a vacuum. since when did we put carpet out there??
